Abstract

Latar Belakang:  Perubahan gaya hidup mahasiswa sering menyebabkan pola konsumsi tidak seimbang, ketidakpuasan body image, serta berisiko anemia dan masalah status gizi (baik underweight maupun overweight). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola konsumsi, persepsi body image, kadar hemoglobin (Hb), dan status gizi pada mahasiswi Universitas Swasta di Kabupaten Badung.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pola konsumsi, persepsi body image, kadar Hb, dan status gizi mahasiswi Universitas Swasta di Kabupaten Badung.

Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif analitik dan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 202 orang  yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat.

Hasil penelitian: Pola konsumsi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengonsumsi makanan utama 2-3 kali sehari (68,3%), namun masih ditemukan proporsi responden yang tidak sarapan dan memiliki konsumsi sayur, buah, serta makanan tinggi zat besi yang belum optimal. Persepsi body image menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah responden tidak mengalami gangguan persepsi tubuh (57,9%). Berdasarkan pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin, sebagian besar responden berada dalam kategori normal (68,3%). Status gizi responden didominasi oleh kategori normal (57,9%), dengan proporsi underweight dan overweight–obesitas yang cukup signifikan.

Simpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar mahasiswi memiliki status gizi dan kadar hemoglobin normal, masih terdapat permasalahan pola konsumsi yang kurang seimbang, gangguan persepsi body image, serta kejadian anemia dan status gizi tidak normal.
